Welcome to the Trap Series, where flexibility, strength, and balance come together to create a complete mind and body experience. Designed by Jamel Randall specifically to help manage low back and hip pain, this class is the perfect blend of movement, mindfulness, and music.

Set in a comfortable 83-degree room, the Trap Series offers a dynamic 50-minute flow that builds strength and fosters deep relaxation. Guided by carefully curated trap beats, every movement aligns with the rhythm, carrying you seamlessly through each pose. At the height of intensity, we meet our peak pose – plank – where the music crescendos before fading into a powerful moment of stillness.

Midway through, the class transitions into a five-minute pause for complete tranquility. This is your time to focus on breathwork and stillness, allowing your mind and body to reset. The second half shifts to seated poses, creating space to deepen your practice and connect with mindfulness as you find your personal edge.

Each session follows the same foundational poses, making this class accessible to all levels. Your progress is guided by your own commitment, while our instructors are here to inspire you to challenge your limits and trust in your ability to grow.

YIN Nights YOGA

If Yin yoga was summed into two words they would be “Let Go!”. In this class, students are guided into postures that require little muscular activation. Poses are more grounded allowing you to sink into the deeper connective tissues that carry and hold tension and stagnant energy. This class is a chill vibe but can test your limits as you lengthen tight muscles sinking deeper into your edge of flexibility. Both the mental and physical expand as you learn the power of letting go. The results of this class will leave you with noticeably lighter energy, stronger focus, and a refreshing outlook on life.

TRAP N’ FLOW

Our Trap n Flow yoga class is comparable to the Vinyasa Yoga Style. Classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness.

 Our Trap n’ Flow classes are geared more towards those students with an intermediate yoga level, though beginners are still welcome to join. Flow yoga classes tend to be more vigorous and aerobic. So bring a towel and be prepared to sweat!

SOULFUL TRAP N’ FLOW

Our Soulful Trap n’ Flow is similar to our Trap N’ Flow class just with a bit more rhythm and soul! Slow deep breaths will guide you through our Soulful Trap n' Flow. One breath, one movement while holding poses longer while flowing. This class is perfect for those who just want to relax, release and FLOW!
